Pitchfork is just around the corner!
It’s on this weekend from Friday 7/13 – Sunday 7/15, and I am selling my wares in the Coterie Handcrafts section under the huge tent. I have some cute tops, pom pom key chains, earrings in yummy colors, and some other products for you to check out.
I’m sharing a booth with the wonderful Esther of Essimar. She’ll be selling super cute cards, prints, and earrings too.
Come to Pitchfork, listen to some great music and stop by the Coterie tent. Do it, it’ll be fun!

I’m proud to be part of an exciting 1 month pop-up shop in Bridgeport at the Co-Prosperity Sphere. SMALL aims to promote companies and individuals that make locally manufactured products.
Here’s a peek of the products and space that will be up from May 4 – May 27.

With Love XOX can be found in the clothing section towards the right hand corner in the back of the store. Pictured above:

Although time hasn’t been on my side lately, I know 2012 is going to be a good year. There have been lots of exciting things that have recently happened, so let me update you all!
I now have 2 wonderful stockists that I love love love. One selling some of my accessories, Asrai Garden in Wicker Park (Chicago), currently stocked with my pom pom pins, lace bow necklace and leather bow pins, and another store selling a select range of my clothing, Emerging Thoughts (online).
My Facebook page is now live and kicking. You should check it out for news and updates and there will also be some exclusive giveaways in the future too so make sure you ‘like it’ to stay updated.
I have lots of ideas and exciting things planned for 2012, but for now you will have to wait and see ;). Hope you have all had a great start to the year too!
A very lucky lady would have received “the best gift ever” (which was the title on my check) from her lovely fiance by now. He bought my “Bonjour!” crochet french telephone for her for Christmas, as he knew how much she had loved it after seeing it at one of the shows I had displayed the phone at.
My favorite memories of the “Bonjour!” were at the couple of shows that I displayed it at. Just seeing people’s reaction to it – mostly gasping and gawking once it had caught someones eye which was followed immediately by them grabbing the person they were with, and asking if I had made it myself – was very rewarding. There was even one time that a kid had screamed “Oh my God!!!” from the other side of the street whilst pointing and running excitedly into my booth. That kid has good eyes! I don’t even know how he saw it from that far away.
Although sad to see it go, I am SO happy at the same time that my phone now lives with a wonderful lady that adores and appreciates the 3 months of testing and intricate crocheting and knitting that went into the making of this.

It’s been crazy busy over the holiday period and I didn’t get a chance to post any pics from the Renegade Holiday Craft Fair, which was earlier on in the month. A lot of my photos were unusable as I only had my (not so great) phone with me that day and no camera, but I was able to retrieve this one – still not too good, but eh!
The Holiday RCF in Chicago was super packed with eager gift shoppers. There were some really great artists there and I was bummed that I didn’t have much time to get away from my booth to shop for myself.
Thank you to all of my customers that bought some cute things for themselves or loved ones. You are all awesome!!
Hope that you are had a wonderful Christmas!
I will be selling at a one day pop-up shop tomorrow at the Chicago Artists’ Coalition Gallery. Come and stop by for some free food, drinks and for the ladies there will be hair & makeup treatments. There’s lots of fun (and shopping) to be had!
Here’s a sneak peek of some of the other independent artists, and also a really great shop Emerging Thoughts, that will be selling there tomorrow:
